Schools
Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa National Park is a classroom like no other.
For more than 30,000 years, Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa National Park has been a place of teaching, storytelling, and deep connection to Country. Today, this remarkable landscape continues to serve as a living, open-air classroom — offering students the opportunity to learn about one of the world’s oldest continuous cultures alongside its unique natural environment.
The park’s Aṉangu Traditional Owners warmly welcome school groups and encourage students and teachers to experience and understand the cultural and environmental values that make Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa so special.
